Our Story

Because every child deserves a book that sparks wonder.

At FourEyed Books Shop, we believe stories have the power to unlock imagination, encourage curiosity, and make learning a joy. What began as a passion for creating meaningful children’s books has grown into a home for curious minds, little readers, and the grownups who cheer them on.

Our books are thoughtfully designed to entertain, education and inspire. They are crafted with love by a team of storytellers, artists, and parents who know the magic of a good book shared at bedtime—or anytime!

We also offer creative merchandise to extend the fun beyond the pages because learning doesn’t have to end when the book closes.

Whether it’s your child’s first favorite story or their fiftieth, we’re honored to be part of their journey. Thanks for stopping by. We’re so glad you’re here.

TESTIMONIALS

Real words from happy parents and little readers

As a therapist, Skye Squirrel has been a great interactive tool. Kids are able to learn about and identify different emotions. The changing of Skye Squirrel’s tails keeps them excited, engaged, and involved.

Jenny Gaylon, LPC.

I am a first-grade teacher. This is a great book to address homelessness with my students. It is a wonderful teaching tool to help students understand what it means to be homeless.

Mistie O.

An inspirational story with a message that my family and I will remember for a long time. Great storytelling of a sensitive subject. I highly recommend it!

Stephanie D.

Grief feels like someone has left you and can be confusing to young children. This story communicates wonderfully that all emotions are okay to feel.

My 10 yr old was struggling one day, and I teasingly told her she needed Annoyed Skye, which lit up her face. She ran and got her My Emotion Squirrel with his “annoyed” tail and gave it a big hug!
