Shopping & Shipping

We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail unless you choose an upgraded shipping option at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, and tracking information will be sent to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Click the tracking link in your confirmation email to see your order’s status. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll resend it.
We currently ship within the United States (including APO, FPO, DPO addresses) and US Territories. We’re always working to bring our stories to more families around the world. Stay tuned as we expand our international shipping soon.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes.

If an item is on backorder or preorder, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page. We’ll email you with updates if the date changes.

Products & Special Orders

Your child’s safety is our top priority. All plush and merchandise meet U.S. child safety standards and are made with non-toxic materials. We’re happy to provide a copy of the official product testing report. Just contact us, and we’ll send it right to you.
Plush toys can be surface-cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing to preserve fabric and stitching.
Digital downloads, such as printable activities, are delivered instantly to your email after purchase. If you don’t see them, please check your spam folder or contact us.
We’re happy to send your order as a gift! You can add a gift message at checkout, and no pricing will be included in the package.
